Hello,

Seeing that my Nissin Di866ii is not compatible with Yongnuo triggers, I am in search of a cheap flash. I already have the 560-tx and as I am just starting out in OCF and would like some advise in which to buy.

The only difference is that the MkIV can be used on camera instead of the 560TX and will control the other flashes.
 
I don't know as i have never used the 3's. Me being me had to have the latest model but if the only difference is as Colin says above then i guess not. I will always control them with the tx unit so the added benefit of being able to control other flashes with one on the camera isn't ever going to be of use.
 
Think i'll go for the 3 model
 
If you've already got the 560-TX, go with the III's. I can't help but think that the additional functionality the IV provides would be seldom, if ever, used.

I've got three 560III's and a 560-TX - it's a monster combination.
