If you can't find a replacement, have you got another adapter? In which case, maybe use that with a stepping-ring to get back to the correct size.

Give SRB a call. I'm wondering if a filter system adapter might just work? Or something like that. Maybe a long-shot, but they've probably been asked similar questions in the past and have an answer.
