Completed my first wedding yesterday...(no trolling please)
Ive read these forums for a while now, gathering information and tips on how to deal with my first wedding, it has been invaluable. But no matter how much you plan, how much back up equipment you have you just cant avoid the unexpected.
At this point it may be worth noting that the wedding took placed in a Roman Catholic Chapel in the west of Scotland. The wedding ceremony was finished and thankfully I had moved to the rear of the building with the bridal party (after completing the group shots at the front).
It was at that point the orange walk decided that it would be a great point to march past :bonk::thumbsdown: Anyone who knows anything about West of Scotland "Culture" will know this isnt ideal.
I think it went down like a tonne of bricks
Anyway....thanks for all the great info, it really really helped!
