Spent all afternoon sitting outside COSTA in Uxbridge watching the fluff walk on by... I still need about a month of phys to get my blubbery self back into 'shirt-off' mode, but these girls must have an internal clock that tells them 'February 10th - STOP EATING!'

Not really a snob, just very set in my ways as regards my hot drinks.

Coffee = Illy or Lavaza. Espresso or Cafetiere. NEVER Instant!

Tea = Twinings Earl grey, or at a push PG

Chocolate = Made with chocolate, milk and cream. None of that cadbury's rubbish!

I have been known to dabble in the occasional 'fruit infusion' but I'll have no truck with these fancy flavoured coffees. Too much milk and not enough concentrated caffeine!


And don't get me started on chocolate either!

I found out today that they've changed the name of the Mars bar to something so memorable... that I’ve forgotten it already.
