with the original you should be able to get alot better .
run it through a noiseware. and tweak it alittle in ps or whatever you use

Good god that looks awful now>..... the first was much better than that!!!

Just had a quick go at noiseware and sharpening also auto levels and medium contrast curves, not sure if it is any better, but see what you think.

Hi Ray there is a free programme by the name of Neat Image just google it. As to your image its not bad except the background is a tad noisy. Im no photoshop buff but im sure there are a number of ways it can be improved. Im sure others more experienced will point you in the right direction.
