Your advice and experience required please

Next month I will be in a position to spend approx £1100 on some new glass. I was initially swinging toward the Tamron 70-200 2.8 but everytime I use my 70-300 I always find myself wanting for my wider lens. Currently using D600 and have Nikon 24-120 f4, Tamron 70-300 sp and nifty fifty.
Admittedly I do use the long zoom but only when I have reason to go long rather than walk around. The Nikon 24-120 is pretty awesome as a walk around but the only downside is the f4 min aperture. So this brings me to the possible choices of either the Sigma 35mm 1.4 or the new Nikon 35mm 1.8 so any experience with either of those would be nice to hear. The other lens I have my eye on is the 85mm 1.8, I know I will be duplicating focal lengths I already have but I really do like the wide open aperture and the separation of subjects from the background and awesome bokeh. If I go this route it will almost def be the 85mm but am torn with the choice of 35mm. I have been using my nifty fifty lately and really enjoying having to think about composition so having more primes seems appealing.
I would appreciate your experience and thoughts on these lenses and also I am open to other ideas I may have missed.
 
I only use primes at the moment. Not sure the new Nikon is available just yet, but even if it is, it hasn't been in the wild long enough for opinions. It is one lens I'm considering too. I recently got the nikkor 28mm f1.8g off of here, and so far I've been very impressed with it. I'd used it before so knew what I was getting. The 85mm f1.8g is excellent and a joy to use. Not used the siggy 35, but all of the reviews are very positive. So other than suggesting considering the nikkor 28mm f1.8g as an option I think getting a 35mm and the 85mm works - but then I'm biased ;)
 
How about a used 24-70 f2.8 AF-S, they are reputed to be very good. I've used one infrequently at my old job and on the odd occasion I id use it, it was excellent.
It's unlikely I'll be able to afford one anytime soon but a cheaper equivalent is on my shopping list.
 
Have thought about the 28 but that may be a bit wider than I was thinking, maybe I need to try one. The 24-70 was an option when I got the 24-120, like you say it is a brilliant lens but to close to what I already have.
 
Get the Nikon 70-200 vr2 (£1300) & sell the Tam 70-300 to help fund it. It is a lovely lens.
 
Was tempted to get the VR2 Pete but I fear it won't get used enough as I always miss wider when I put a long lens on.
