A very nice shot a great smile and very attractive lady. I would crop in closer to remove the hands from shot particularly the fingers on the right hand side of frame.

I don't like the cropping. Nice lighting though and you've captured a true smile. Het hand is oof and you've cropped at her other hand and elbow though, which is why I don't like the crop.

I also think that the background colours are distracting and the person in the background doesn't help either! So as Steve suggest's a tighter crop would help!
