Not the biggest problem in the world.... but this video has been made by a Boston united fan, who has not only used the photos without asking, but has also cut the copyright out. Anything worthwhile doing?

There's probably not a lot you can do... I have complained to the editor of a local newspaper before for using a copyrighted image of mine for a write up on a band.

They didn't even get back to me! ... I just got fobbed off.

This is the problem, some people/companies just don't care and take photos for granted

Found out who the people are, and they are the sort of people that have called me a pervert at a football match.... nice to see them supporting a pervert then ay! Bloody muppets :lol:

In the case of the local paper, you should've sent them an invoice including a charge for unauthourised use, and if they didn't pay, threatened court action... They'd have paid up :)

That's brilliant! Wish I had though of that, as if I have a bloody solicitor for a boyfriend... useless.

Exactly.... cheek of it... people don't really appreciate copyrights or take them seriously.
 
Flag the video up with it infringing your copyright and Youtube will remove it :)

Send the author a message telling him of your actions and see if he has anything else to declare!
 
Surprised they haven't pulled it already considering the music used. They've been quite hot on music copyright recently.
