Hello. I finished a BTEC National in ICT last June and im looking at doing some photography as a hobby to start with. I have a good understand of creating websites due to the college course so this will be a benefit if I chose to go commercial with the photography. I currently only have a camera phone (HTC Desire HD) and im looking at getting a DSLR/good compact camera for my 21st birthday which is in August. It will start out as a hobby / fun then hopefully as I progress I could potentially go commercial with it but its one step at a time as I have a lot to learn. I have created a thread about which camera for my money in the equipment section.

Please go easy on me as im a noob :help:
