That's beautifully thought out and executed all round.
The hair colouring, skin tone and clothing combine lovely.
The eye maintains a strong contact, even the subtle lipstick is of a similar strength pallete
A winner in my eye
 
I wish I had the knowhow to give that the comment it deserves but I don't so I will just say, love it one of the best portraits I have seen for a good while!
