Thanks all, I do find these little guys fascinating. Alf I have only seen one catch a couple years ago but wasn't quick enough to get the action on camera although I did document the aftermath with a couple shots.
This was one of the best of them. S/He was on a brown paper bag a the time hence the neutral bg.

Cheers Alf, you're not kidding, is that a dung fly it has caught? Pretty beefy as flies go if so and a good catch for both of you.
