Visited Twycross Zoo a few weeks back, and have just gotten round to posting pics on here.
I'm aware some of them look a bit grainy, that's due to the resizing
A few of the pictures were through glass, and i had a plan for that which seemed to work. I got a polystyrene coffee cup, cut the bottom out of it, checked it fitted over my lens (yes, i have a handheld small 'thing'), painted the inside black and then i could press it against the glass and eliminate all reflections from outside. I must have looked ingenius... or odd... it's all relative eh!
