Zoom for my nikon d7200

I'm looking for a zoom lens for my camera in the range of 18-300 there's a few I've been looking at from Nikon, sigma and tamron has anyone got any recommendations, looking to keep price down but not as far as the cheap sigma 70-300 would really like VR or the equivalent thanks

I have a D7200 too and pair it with a Nikon 18-200mm ED VR II lens. It gets a lot of decent reviews and I like it a lot as a walk around lens. Can be bought for about £350 on eBay.

I bought one of these for my D810 to take to Canada, got nice results, hardly been on my camera since though as it's just not the kind of thing i use regularly, might be tempted to part with it if you're interested...

Happily using it with my d7000, id expect better results from the d7200 given the additional IQ
