    Wyedean Rally

Habe a good walk is the best tip. Be plenty of water about for some splashes! Failing that look for a fast corner or one that tightens. And most importantly... Stay safe and have somewhere to run planned just incase! Regards, Jon.S

    PocketWizard with Flash guns Help

I thought that with the recycle speed but the light is ready on the flash to go straight away especially on low power and when I am releasing the shutter and taking the next photo quickly (which is the only way it seems to flash quite a few times) it recycles on the money which is split seconds...

Bulldog Rally BigRay stage - alix

Dust was bad yes, But your backgrounds would not be as clear as they are if it was the dust as it masks the whole image ;-) Here we go Al, Edited quickly, All I have done is added a slight amount of left hand side curve to bring some black back in to compensate for the Shadows/Highlights...

Bulldog Rally BigRay stage - alix

Definitely not dust Al, It is what is left when you play with the shadows & highlights and don't put any contrast/blacks back in. If your okay with it let me know and I will edit one of your shots and you can see it side by side to what you are viewing to possibly help you see what I mean...

Bulldog Rally BigRay stage - alix

Good stuff, Almost there with the colours ;-) Try boosting the contrast once you have done your shadows thingy it will but some punch back into them and not leave them looking grey. Regards, Jon.S

Tour Of Epynt 2012 - Alix

That will be your problem then, If you want to start editing your images you really need a calibrated monitor, They may look fine on your monitor when you edit them but most people using this forum will be viewing the images on calibrated monitors and see the real deal that you may not be...

Tour Of Epynt 2012 - Alix

Alix, Stop using the Shadows/Highlight tool so much, You are killing what could be decent shots. If you want to HDR your shots fair enough each to their own, But stick some contrast back into them at least. Regards, Jon

Good job nobody lost it again in your second and last shot! You'd be split into 10 if you were stood there on the last event past that place. #2 #3 nice and crisp Melvyn & Mark Morgan shots nice too, the rest don't do much sorry. Regards, Jon.S
