Yeah, most people simply convert an image to greyscale with one click of a button. Often the resulting image is a bit 'flat'. Simply google for some guides on black and white conversion - if you follow those steps then you should get a much punchier image.

I've just tried using DSCLabs for the first time - their postage prices are insane though. £4 to send 10 photos by first class post. Crazy.
