Simon it's really disappointing when something like this happens and if it was MPB's own delivery service I would agree with you but realistically there is no way that MPB can make the delivery right if someone else controls it ... they can only try to resolve it.
They may review their delivery arrangements but that won't help you and it certainly wouldn't guarantee the next company they used would never foul up!
