Critique Colours of the season

I can see what you are doing with that shot, but I find the out of focus Bluebells at the front offputting. The colours are really nice and that branch stands out nicely.
Did you take another one with the front bluebells in focus so we can compare?
 
That bluebell time of year. Personally I like the short DOF - it focuses the image on the beautiful green.

I don't comment very often nowadays but felt compelled to do so with this image.

When i opened it up it simply made me go WOW!

Great colours, processing and DoF makes the green branch really stand out.

Great work.

Have to agree with comments above.
Normally I would class the branches in the centre of the frame as a distraction but the selective use of DOF really makes it work
