This thread made me spend an unplanned £138.85 while looking through till 4am this morning :shake: Will wait to see how I feel when the items start dropping through the post one by one. Impressed by contributors' dedication to the science and art involved! My first post on TP by the way

Raynox DCR-250 Macro Attachment - £42.87 (Amazon)
Nikon Br-2A 52mm Reversing Adapter Ring - £30.00 (Amazon)
Macro Shot Focusing Focus 4 Way Slider Rail Truck - £46.99 (Amazon)
Macro Extension Tube Ring for Nikon DSLR Camera - £8.50 (Amazon)
C-Shape Flash Bracket - £10.49 (eBay)
But they were all impulse buys having been inspired by stuff seen and read on this thread!
I've just ordered the 58mm version of the Reverse Adapter ring as I found the original 52mm too small for my lens. Hard to read through product specs thoroughly at that time of the night...!

Okay, here's my current lighting setup, I used to use a Boling "C" bracket from FITP but since the mpe-65 extends so much it was a pretty unwieldy system. I'm now using a 30cm Novoflex flexible arm (from Speedgraphic) and the base plate from the "C" bracket:
Off camera
Bigger
Mounted, the arm is so stiff you can use it as a handhold which is VERY useful!
