How good is this lens, and ive heard its very sharp????? Is It???????

You could take a look at these - other than the sunsetty ones they're all handheld in obviously low light and are sharp enough for my liking. Portobello I'm personally happy with the lens - love it in fact.

its a very decent lens in my opinion. that image is hosted on facebook, so its a bit fuzzy.

I use it for any gig photography that I do.....and it's excellent. Not it's fault I don't always nail the shot, but when I do....crystal sharp!!

Great lens for the money and on par with some of the pricer lenses, apart from build quality

love it for the price.
can be hit and miss for focusing...it's decent and a great lens
one in 80 shots will miss focus, several will put my canon primes to shame.
great piece of kit for the price
