You Really Want Electric Cars?

The Leaf isn't quite as squeak happy as some and the TC works very well - better than it does in the ICE cars! A cluster of manhole covers on a roundabout on the way home are a PITA in the wet though.
 
They have installed 8 charging points along one section of the grass verge here ( plenty more planned)
1) I've never seen a car plugged in
2) encouraging road side parking on what is already a busy section.

The newly built flats where I live has four in the car park next to it. None of the tenants have electric cars and there is no power supplied to them anyway. :thinking:

These ones were wired in a couple of weeks ago. I assume the feeds came from the street lamps as they were digging between them,
when I passed by.
