4th picture - lower of the two girls. superb pose/hair/angle of shot. Shame the higher girl has something of a strained smile. Really like higher girl in picture two. Given the limitations of your "studio" very good work indeed, and just goes to show how difficult it is to get two people both...
Great eyes. Would also have liked to heve seen the rest of your head. Indifferent re colouring, in this shot the eyes are so strong it matters little. Good expression.
Very nice quality indeed. One of the best B&W conversions I've seen and technically superb. Strong Blacks and excellent highlight detail.
Relaxed and natural pose with strong eyes and expression. My only gripe would be the location/background. I would love to see this with a less distracting...
Such an incredible sky in pic 2, which seems to have been lost in the IR Black and White version. However I much prefer the composition of pic 1. Thats really the problem with two versions. If I just had either I'd be contented, however two such diverse versions leads to a touch of...
You have summed it up well Badger. The inconvenience of it all can make the final results all the more satisfying.
Apart from the 90mm what were your other lenses? (I assume one was a 150mm and 3rd possibly a 240mm)
I have spent 20 odd years with just a 90mm and a 150mm and would have loved a...

The convertible lens was made by schneider...
I like it and find the "blandness" of the sky balances the bottom third which is busy. I also like the way the image moves from dark to light. In saying this clearly I feel that the black and white conversion works well also.
Perhaps an even slower shutter speed would have had an even more...
Composition, Sharpness, Colour, reflection, and presentation all superb.
I wish I could find something to find for you to improve on but it is simply the best shot of a buttercup I have ever had the pleasure of viewing. Sorry!
I have never seen this view of St pauls before so top marks there.
I feel that there is too much foreground that is not dooing much for the shot and also the building on the right is a bit too dominant. Perhaps a selective crop losing the left third and bottom 20% or so.
I do, though...
