Its probably been spoken about on here before but is there any advantage using uncompressed vs lossless compressed? The file size is double so surely there has to be an advantage but based on my very quick google search I dont see any benefits
Nik and trick are pretty good. They sell chemicals by Bellini that make they’re own cheaper versions of Ilford and Kodak chemicals. I think the smallest amounts are still 500ml but they’re fixer is £6 for 500ml. They also sell light seal kits for a lot of different cameras

Capture 1 express can only export to a folder, whereas Lightroom can do that but can also be linked to a Flickr account as well as a few others. As for importing you just drag photos or folders and a separate tab appears on the left with the date of import for those photos. I’ve only messed...
Capture 1 express is really good but it doesn’t have local adjustments like the brush, graduated or radial filter. For general stuff I prefer it to Lightroom though
I prefer using the high pass filter in photoshop to sharpen film. Niks sharpen software looks very similar. Like the high pass filter it’s subtle enough that it doesn’t “look sharpened”, to me anyway
