I shot this using a studio flash which has an LED light feature in it. However though the same effect can be achieved using a Yongnuo YN300

It was shot using a Tokina 11-16. Regrettably because it is in a detailing bay there is only about 2 meters from the car in most angels and the car was shifted corner to corner. The side shot was taken from another room facing back in.

Watch sat in sponge help by photo clamp on top of reflector.
Reflector help in skrim above watch with 2 studio flashes place behind and infront of watch.
Watch was then removed and a clean plate of the background was shot.
