I have just come back from Cornwall and there are two I know of, Goonhilly down on the Lizard, it is run by BT and does not look like it is open to the public anymore. A second is GCHQ just north of Bude in the north of the county on the coast.

    Edingburgh

For park and ride try the A71 at Heriot Watt uni or along at the airport. You can drive down to Uphall station a couple of minutes from J3 and park at the railway station and get the train in, I have only ever had a one way ticket in to Edinburgh which was about £4. Plenty of places around...

    Cornwall locations

Hi guys, I am off down to Cornwall on holiday for the last two weeks in September and staying just a few miles from Padstow. I have been doing a bit more landscapes lately and was looking for some local knowledge of locations to go to. I don't really do many seascapes and was thin...

    BDS Rd3 Innerleithen

I haven't been here for a while as work has been getting in the way and instead of being out photographing horse trials I have been going back to my roots. I started off years ago photographing downhill mountain bike races when I was out with an injury. I got a few shots from the race run on...

    Burgham Horse trails.

Thanks Chris, it is quite amazing how bright the fence was in the last shot. I personally like the first as it is the way that Bruce (the horse) is looking fro the next jump, although to be critical I would have preferred it taken a fraction of a second earlier to the front hooves are slightly...

    Badminton Dressage Day 1

Some lovely shots there, I especially like 2, I think there is something special added to the shot when it is someone from the armed forces competing.I don't mind the crops as they do serve a purpose for the commercial/business side of things but I am used to the xc side of things where you...

    Burgham Horse trails.

I was down at Burgham yesterday following a few of the Scottish riders as we lost a few events last year.I have not really done any pp, only lifted the shadows slightly. It is hard to tell what photos the riders like as some like the side on view to show the shape of the horse over the jump but...
