Didn't really need the power of the D3S as I'm no longer doing wildlife and I like the colours out of the camera for weddings and portraits with Canon. Just a personal preference.
Lovely shots. I'm no expert on bird photography, but in pic #1 I would have left some space on the right for the bird to look out of the frame - shame it wasn't turned the other way. The Kamikaze Robin is brilliant :)
Thanks guys. NikonUser...I used the 200-400 lens on a D700 with battery grip for the extra fps. I was there a week to get these images.
Teegee...you're not wrong about the mosquitoes...nothing keeps them off!
More advise on the site really. I've been on here a while but not used it much. I was trying to place an ad and it says I don't have permission to access the page. Anyone else had this problem?
