Hey there, yeah the firework display was spectacular. I have never seen the sky look so scarry. Edinburgh at New Year is a great night but my god was it busy.

Can I ask, have you done any finishing to this picture through photoshop or any other application? Or was is this simply a result of the picture you took from your camera? Please beware that I am a total noob so if I sound clueless, that is because I am.
