Show us yer film shots then!

    (y) There can be "magic" using film with a combo of lens and film, as I have noticed quite a few times the results are better than you see by eye.......esp 3D and with the excitement of seeing the results back from the developers..............erm well OK it can also be worse.:(

Show us yer film shots then!

I've got one like that but thought my shot wouldn't come out nice (just a record shot) so didn't bother to remove my bike :mad:  :$:(

    90's electronic SLR's - metering?

Old and new cameras ? I noticed pointing my cameras at the spagetti type light bulb (forgot what it's called) from a set distance and noticed modern cameras gave the same readings but old cameras were all over the place, but all the same outdoors.....erm well just saying o_O;)

    A big film scanner thread

My epson 4180 runs perfect on win 11, can't see why even the epson 1000 series wouldn't work on win 8.1 (or win 11). Pentax pete was using a 1000 series maybe if he noticed this thread he would chip in.

    Bronica ETRSi anyone own one?

Another (y) for Etrsi with AEII prism and speed grip, also the lenses are VG, also you get 15 shots. I've used Rolleis but wasted paper doing my own printing (in the darkroom) by not cropping :(, erm maybe you can buy sq paper now o_O......the speed grip allows you to take vertical shots so...

    Perspective control

As Toni said, just to add you could try e.g. 17mm lens and correct verticals etc using a program?

    Nikon F801

Another guess:- If you haven't set the lens for using shutter priority (using shutter priority) you'll get an error e or ee....... IIRC I had that problem on my F4.

    Recommend me a……..

Pentax kX or try a Canon T70 (not mechanical)....why? well so cheap and fantastic non pro camera for the price, and with features like safety shift helps to get exposures right if you can't be bothered to set fstop and shutter speed. I used two for about 15 years and it's my most used camera.

    Nikon F801

101 ways to ruin a roll of film

The problem with having quite a few cameras and don't use them much is .......I forget how to use the more modern ones and the worst is the Nikon F4 e.g. in how to rewind the film. Anyway I'm using a Chinon CP7m ATM and after a few shots in the garden noticed the film counter wasn't advancing...

    Widelux Revival

Indeed.....useful if you want a wide angle shot and only have a range finder camera with fixed lens. Being short of cash, many moons ago, only had a 50 mm lens on my Pentax S3 and it was ages before I bought a 35mm lens, so always a problem for WA shots, and unbelievable once when I used a Etrs...
