I am by no means skilled with Photoshop but this is the result from Camera Raw. Selected Geometry, full adjustment and then constrain crop. Not perfect but at least the steps slope in the same direction and the building is upright.. I guess that one of the prices paid is that dimensions of the...
RESULT!!!!
I have just had an email from Olympus saying they have changed the status of the repair to Warranty and I will be getting a refund on my fixed price repair.
Well done Olympus
I have sent a message to Olympus through their contact form seeking a free repair as a gesture of goodwill. I should get a reply in the next 2 to 3 days.
I will post their response on here.
I appreciate your thoughts. That is exactly what I did put on the reason for return.:)
However I will be extremely surprised if they correct it as a gesture of goodwill. It would be nice of them as their firmware update procedure is potentially fraught with danger but I am not holding my breath.

I too have the Canon version with no signs of the issues you are having and agree with Harvey about the quality of the lens. You might be right that misalignment of the lens is the probable cause.
Pretty sure it was a scam. I also had a response to an ad for a camera lens on Gumtree from Jennifer. She too wanted me to send it overseas. She also wanted my email address. I told her that I did not ship overseas only to a UK address I can verify as genuine and that I did not give my email...
