I used to be very active on the forums, setting up the original 3 night meets on Skomer Island and the WHF (big cats) day meets in Kent.

Took a few years out from photography after falling out of love with it. Sold nearly all my gear so had to start again, almost from scratch. Only bits I had left from before were my tripod and monopod. It has cost me a small fortune to start again!

Having the chance to start all over again gave me the chance to research what I wanted in depth. The a9 got some great reviews and seemed to fit with what I was looking for. Now just have to pay for it all.

Looking to get more into Milky way photography, some macro ... And lots more wildlife shots
