Done just that and without the private relay on it works just fine. Thanks so much for asking me the question that prompted me to think about it! Now to get my $99 of free tutorials

I use Apple Mail. Do you think having the private relay switched on is the problem?

    FStoppers

Hi, it’s been a long time since I’ve been on here. In part that is because I wasn’t doing much photography and partly because I was too busy even to lurk on the forum! Anyway, I’ve got a new camera and I’m keen to get back into it. One of my favourite software applications is the Nik Effects...

Backpacking tripod - recommendations sought - sub £100 and consider 2nd hand.

I have the carbon fibre version of the Sirui (the T-025X) and am v happy with it, although I tend to use it without the centre column because I just don’t like my camera sitting that far above the tripod’s centre of gravity. As a result the camera is waist high at most - not a problem for most...

    Formatt Hitech filters: excellent service

Thought I'd just say how helpful Formatt Hitech have been. I recently moved from using their 100mm system to the 85mm system because it better suits my m4/3 system. I frequently use an IR filter and asked Hitech if they did one at 85mm given I couldn't see it on the website. Apparently they...

    Olympus OM-D E-M5, E-M1, E-M10 - Mk1, Mk2 & Mk3 Owners Thread

I use the Hitech 85mm on my 12-40mm and EM-5 mark 2. Soft grads work ok with that lens. Not tried it with my 17mm prime but I can see that you might want to go for a harder grad transition with a smaller diameter lens. Ian

    10 stop filter

If you can't stretch to Lee, try Formatt-Hitech (at least for the holder). Their Firecrest filters are fantastic (I have the 8 stop ND and don't get any colour cast at all) but pricey. Ian

    Bag choices for landscape

I was on holiday in the Lakes last week and decided to use my LowePro Photo Sport BP 200 AW (I only had my OMD EM5.2 with 12-40 lens attached, plus filters and a small tripod). Even so it was too small to carry food, waterproof etc as well. And it reminded me that I hate side-access bags. I...

    Filters and Mist

The trick is to minimise the temperature difference between the filter/lens and the atmosphere so that moisture doesn't condense onto the surface. If you still have problems you could try the anti-mist cleaning fluids for sunglasses and motorcycle helmet visors (Bolle and Muc-Off both do one)...

    Best Tripod

If you can, it's worth having a play with some in a local camera shop. If you plan taking it out, it would be worth taking your bag with you to see how it fits and how heavy the whole is. I used to have a Manfrotto 190 (which is a great tripod) but I got fed up of lugging it around - by the time...

    Beginner Best Tripod?

It depends what camera/lens combo you will use most often. I used to have a Manfrotto 190 and it was great for landscapes with my Mamiya 7 film camera and then my Nikon D7000. But I just got tired lugging it and my DSLR up the hills so when I changed to Olympus micro4/3 I also swapped to a...
