I read 'blue grass' and cringed, thinking you'd have gone to town with the Curves and the Hue slider to achieve something hideous and unnatural looking (like I do far too often), but that's a really great photo! Perfect DoF

I like the first! Couldn't say why though... I guess it just looks less contrived. But unlike most of the people on here, I've a passion for lo-fi lomo-esque shots.

I quite like the parapit... I've got one without it as well, which I may put up later on. I know what you mean about the tree being in the way, but I wanted them both in the shot, and this was the most graceful way I could find to fit them both in without growing a few feet. I guess the tree...

Here's a couple of pictures taken today at Arundel Castle, West Sussex. I messed up most of my shots by leaving my G10 on the autofocus mode for the tele-convertor, without having it attached, leaving many of them a tad out of focus. Very annoying, especially since it's such a beautiful castle...

Wow, that horse is a beast! I'd have got a close-up shot of his side to use as a photoshop texture.

Great shots, I love number 1 the best though. Good shout on using film too.
