    Yongnuo Advice Please?

The 468 is a great starter flash, don't forget you can Tigger them with the onboard flash! Really handy when starting out. I had a yn-560 with a broken hot shoe for £15, and I still use it on the S2 setting when I have a trigger on my 468. There are many ways to skin the proverbial cat, it...

    Prague Dec 11 (pt II)

Is no. 6 HDR? The haloing around the cityscape is quite distracting

    Desktop Speakers

I reckon it's my onboard sound, I'll pick up a soundcard at some point. My Z5500s make the T40s a little redundant though ;)

    Desktop Speakers

I always thought my T40s lack bass, pretty good with the mid to high ranges though. I had a pair of Logitech Z10s before them, LOVED THEM. Then they broke :(

    Alien

I agree with the statement about the frame, I feel the mono should have a darker sky. Very cool though, love the one in colour ;)

Very cool time lapse from space

Initial thought: How interesting are pictures gonna be from 370km up? Resultant thought: 'Mind = blown' All the lights make the world look like its on fire!

    60d or 600d

The 600D is very much like a 550D (Which I assume to be similar to your 400D) size wise. The 60D and 600D both have the benefit of a flip out screen, handy for getting those lower down or higher up angles if you can frame the shot using live view. Disregarding size and weight, the 60D trumps...

    Polariser yes or no?

This just occured to me, can you use a cpl to remove reflections from glasses in a studio? i.e. with strobes/modelling lights

    Which DSLR Monitor ...

If you are able to output a composite or component video signal from the camera, a cheap tv capture would allow you to view a live view on your laptop. HDMI systems are much more expensive, and less portable. I have no experience with the capture cards, but it is how most people online record...

    Anybody I need advice.

That's a shame, was the quality usable though? The idea is nice, but I guess you can't win them all ^^

    Macro Photography

A cheap set of extension tubes is the easiest way into it, I paid £7 for mine  You do, however, lose aperture control and autofocus. Using an ef lens, you have to set the aperture, remove it and attach it to the extension tubes. This darkens the viewfinder and makes it very difficult...

    Anybody I need advice.

Its on the same page as the intervalometer when viewing the advanced options. I'm not sure what the image quality is like, I've heard that it just saves the picture from the LCD screen :3 I'll reread the documentation and check mine when I'm home, hopefully it will be usable
