This was taken in the fields near my house after a we got covered in snow (for the first time in years) in February 2009. We don't get much snow here so I made the most of it and took lots of pics.
I've brightened the picture up, tweaked the colouring and sharpened it.
Thanks for the comments, much appreciated. I'm quite happy with them, not professional maybe but I feel I'm getting better and heading towards my target. :-)

Yep paws would have been nice but they were buried under the grass at the bottom there. Yes good point about the foreground branches. Golden's are definitely the best dogs IMHO. :-)

Seriously though, it's very hard to capture him as he doesn't stay still for more than a few seconds. At just 3 years old he's is so full of energy especially when I take him out for his walk! I reckon he could keep going...
