well he does come from a cave lol, but your photo is very dark in nice way and it reminds me of gotham city. Really is a great capture.. didnt want you take my comment as an insult. ;)

Hi mate, get yourself some books, some iPhone apps (if you have one) ask lots of questions on here, read loads, practice loads and you'll do just fine :)

sorry but what does pep mean? i did make some adjustments in light room and shrpened it slighhtly in there but im not sure what i a high pass filter is either so gonna try and google now cheers oh and thanks bfotosuk
