Thanks again. I think with the right kit, some experimentation and some patience anyone can do this. The key for me was lighting. A decent diffused off camera flash.

Thanks. I would've had an amazing one, with the wasp spreading it's mandibles really wide but it was one of the many OOF shots I took.

Xbox has great parental controls, you can set it up so they can only talk to and be friends with people they know. And also add time limits and timetables to control screen time.

Find out what all his mates have. That's the way most important factor. If they're the only kid in the village with a ps4 then they'll be left out.
