i have had a look on google for a diy lightbox and was wondering if i can use my flashgun on its own rather than other lights or what will be a better effect and how

i have a nikon d40 and use the original lens (18-55) and do need a telephoto for sports and wildlife photography.
i have around £200-£250 to spend on the lens, thanks a lot for any help

i did clean them after i just wanted to see what effect the dust would give it but these were the best three.
yea i did it in my bedroom i had the car on a black mat on a chair the flash just under the height of the chair and used the reflector for the soft light.

i have finished school now and always bored so i thought i would play around with my camera, i got some old toy cars placed them on a plain black matt and used the off camera flash..

i use a set of pt-04 and can fire them at 200 all day at distance for sport photograph..
dont know if this will really help but there is a thing on youtube that tells you how to add a anteni for better distance and reliability..

i can get this lens second hand of my friend and was wondering if it would fit the d40 body, even *** i am upgrading soon i was hoping to still use it on this body. thanks

the vicar i had was more than happy to let photos be taken in the service with flash and he was trying to make jokes at the begining about big brother so a fairly wacky one, was a good time ***
i am happy to say that the christening went very well overall, and should have a few more jubls lined up because of today..

i use a jessops 360afd (full auto) and a set of pt-04s, it all made sense in one wau or another lol, so what would happen to the picture if i changed sertian settings on the flash, for my photos at the moment i mainly play around with the power and use a diffuser, so i am wondering how the other...
when i use my off camera flash for sports photography i know what i want the light to be like and how to make it do what i want but actually have no idea on how the ISO and the rest chhange the light.
could any one please explain ??
