Olympus IS-3000, Fomapan 100, brewed in Suprol 1:100 at 20c for 1 hour, agitating twice. Most of the roll came out too contrasty so I'll give it another go -10mins, also I didn't measure the temp:exit:

From the sounds/looks of it, your film has been exposed in at least two different angles to a powerful x-ray source, this would be the case if your film was not carried with you.
