I do use the 85 most of the time, I just hadn't seen my fifty for a few months, and I had missed it!

I own a 85mm f/1.2, however, the nifty fifty f/1.8 has been on loan to a talented young photographer for the past few months. It came back a couple of days ago and tonight, i took a few shots with it. This was one of them. Got to love the fifty :love:

hmm, i used alot of masking, dodging and burning so you would need PS i reckon. LR4 was used to pump the saturation, reduce the vibrancy and increase the clarity

You asked how it could be improved. I'll start with a positive, you have an engaging child. How could it be improved? 1. Take a photo of her not in her school uniform 2. Don't use direct on camera flash, you could have actually spun her around and used the soft window day light coming...
