Instead of Rufus a better tool these days is Ventoy where you simply copy an ISO file onto the Flash drive. So one flash drive can accommodate a range of OSs
Most DSLR cameras will take a good photo IF they are coupled to a good lens.
I have all Canon cameras - mostly 8-10Mp(!) and when I put on my 70-300mm "L" glass lens I can count on getting a good picture. (Or even a 28-135mm lens)
All I have to do then is run the pics through a photo editing...
I've updated a number of PCs and workstations to W11 with no problems at all.
However, since it's so easy to disconnect any external drives, I do.
But I've never disconnected any internal drives for upgrading from Win10 to Win11 - but I HAVE sometimes disconnected internal drives if installing...
I use a photo editing program I bought at a massive discount years ago yet still works in all Windows right up to W11
It even has a universal code because it's so old - so no nag screens or activation thingys.
You can still get PS7 and CS2 for free on the Internet along with activation codes...
So far I've had no problems with W11 - I can easily install it on almost any machine and once installed it runs just fine - this is posted inside a VM running W11 and hosted on a Z800 also running w11 - both have just received the latest upgrade with no problems at all.
And it's so much tidier...
If you're only doing light photo editing why buy ACDsee?
you can get PhotoShp CS2 for FREE (just Google it) and there's plenty of other Free editing programs - you also have PhotoPea which runs in your browser.
I've been running W11 on various Computers and workstations with no problems at all and also inside a few Virtual Machines using VirtualBox.
I install it using a hack explained on my YouTube channel.
So far they all update with no problems at all - in fact I'm posting this inside a virtual...
If he wants to build a reasonable gaming computer then he's going to have to save for a very long time - decent GPUs have doubled in price and are not going to come down soon.
Frankly this is absolutely ridiculous - and having to send the computer back to get Windows activated sounds beyond insane!
There used to be a way on YouTube to activate any Windows 10 with a COM script - I can't give it on here because I'm sure it violates Microsoft's TOS but it does work.
