I decided to go with the S120. I'd had the S90 ages ago so knew what it was likely to be like. I'm on holiday at the moment , so haven't seen images on a computer yet, but hoping for good things.

Yes it does. The plastic cover over the needle is broken and the nice folk who serviced it couldn't get a replacement, but the red dial moves ok.

How would I disable it? Didn't realise this happened.

Thanks. The one I found was for a Rolleiflex automat. The knob on the left-hand side (as a user would find it) is slightly different. Does that mean it's a different model?

Thanks everyone. I was worried it was something wrong with the camera! I always use LR for most things, using PS if and when more tweaks are needed. Exposure compensation it is then :) Incidentally, I didn't know that the histogram shows an 8bit Jpeg version, so thanks for that. I'm loving...

Hi, I have just got a 6D and am finding that, straight out of camera, the images are lacking contrast and the histogram is way off the blacks point (highlights control ok). I shoot mostly aperture mode, RAW format. Can anyone explain what I am doing wrong? Would dialing in negative exposure help?

Not been on here for ages, so the welcome forum seems like a good place to start again. The changes are amazing; Looking forward to getting to grips with it all!
