Hi Phil Sound advice. I was told that I couldnt use the 685 OCF without a trigger on hotshoe, but thats then gonna limit my 560, so someone suggested that i use the 685 on hotshoe and the 560 as a receiver? Would that work? :)

Hi guys, Looking at considering a new Yongnuo to work alongside my 560 IV and the 560-TX. Im considering upgrading to TTL / HSS. Anyone got an good suggestions? Thanks

Im just a little wary. Especially when my friends lovely Aurora image got ripped and the guy didnt even bother crediting him neither, that was a decent image as well 0_o

Plus i dont think this helped that the brolly was at an angle? Trying to convince my nephew to hold it upright proved difficult, it was more interested in setting up the shot as he thought it would be better. Budding young photographer in the making, dont want him learning bad habits like me mind XD

Hi Phil, totally agreed, i just used the only umbrella i have atm, and ive realised it isnt what i need. Ive got one on order :) Got one on order, i just grabbed the only one i had in order to have a play. Obviously it failed and i will wait for the white one (standard photographic brolly) to...

You never know Les.... (just a thought).... i know my image isnt perfect in the slightest. I have found 2 people using 2 pink tribute images i shot once, and they refused to credit or comment my name. They as well werent the greatest, but it could happen. I guess a watermark is a matter of choice?

Think i need to have a play. I tried this straight up, and at 45 deg.

Also looking at it, it may not have been high enough. A person showed me a shot with a clear umbrella and it lit them perfectly :) I thihk me trying to shoot this down a very very dark alley with little ambient light didnt help XD

Thankyou. I was merely having a play with this, so its all a learning curve.

Its something i have to brush on admittedly, and i had a feeling the transparent umbrella may have partially something to do with it.
