    Olympus OM-D E-M5, E-M1, E-M10 - Mk1, Mk2 & Mk3 Owners Thread

Found out that my OM-D M10 II with 14-42mm has been delivered yet I'm still be at work for another 3 hours - looking forward to getting to grips with it later on! Before I start using it properly though, what accessories does everyone recommend using with the M10? As it's a complete ecosystem...

    Olympus OM-D E-M5, E-M1, E-M10 - Mk1, Mk2 & Mk3 Owners Thread

I've just bought said EM10 II in the classifieds after pondering between the Olympus and the Panasonic GX8! It'll be replacing my Canon 550D and kit. Glad you got something in the end ;)

That too, I was actually thinking of this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RNAS_Crail_(HMS_Jackdaw) (I didn't realise it was a RNAS base)

Scotland Elie in Fife-Looking for locations for wildlife and landscapes .

Have a drive up to Tentsmuir Nature Reserve, you might get lucky and catch some seals on the beach. http://scotland.forestry.gov.uk/visit/tentsmuir Just around the coast from Elie is a small chocolate box town called Crail which is lovely and quieter than St. Andrews while being just as nice...

Which PC / laptop / Mac?

I personally use a cheap custom built Windows machine which is fine for the likes of Lightroom and Photoshop (but I mostly use it for office/gaming tasks). I only spent £350 a couple of years back on it but it does the job for now. The likes of modern PC's should have a SSD which will keep the...

    Olympus OM-D E-M5, E-M1, E-M10 - Mk1, Mk2 & Mk3 Owners Thread

Great spot cheers, it was sat in my basket while my missus actually encouraged me to press the buy button! I would've been one unhappy bunny if the non-pancake had showed up. Likewise! Olympus do not make it too easy either to distinguish between the two lenses. I'll keep looking and waiting...

    Olympus OM-D E-M5, E-M1, E-M10 - Mk1, Mk2 & Mk3 Owners Thread

Hey all, I've been stalking this thread (and forum) for a little while, and I'm looking for a smaller replacement for Canon 550D which I plan to trade in. The E-M10 has come up on my radar and seems like a nice step up in tech while also downsizing my gear at the same time. There's been several...

    TalkPhotography™ Day 2012

Going to have to back out of this, just checked my photos from the day and they didn't come out anywhere near what I hoped for (and I only had time for 10 or so photos :( ), so I'd rather be excluded from it. Although I'm looking forward to the final result!

Next step up from a 18-55mm

    Tamron 17-50mm: £220 Canon 18-55mm f/2.8: £660 Easy choice :/

But there's a huge price difference for not much improvement.

Next step up from a 18-55mm

Yeah I believe the one I was looking at was the f/2.8 HSM. Been looking at digitalRev for the Tamron as its the cheapest, but can't seem to see the Sigma.

Next step up from a 18-55mm

I'll look into it, thanks. Noticed you have a D90, is your lens Canon fit? Haha I'm still deciding mate. The 15-85mm still has the same f/ stops as my 18-55mm though, the constant 17-50mm f/2.8 will be better I recon.
