    Recommendations for a Printer <£500

Thanks Fred. I've got a £60 voucher which would bring the epson into range. I'm swaying towards the epson over the canon because of the options for ink. I couldn't find good reviews for the canon for aftermarket ink

    Recommendations for a Printer <£500

I think I've now reached a point where I cannot read or do any more research on my own! Do you have any recommendations for a printer for home use only for less than £500. Any help will be much appreciated :)

My first attempt at night photography

I'll be honest, I cheated with these. I used the Clarity and Vibrance filters in LR to get the effect. I know you can use dodge etc, but the above seems to work for a quick edit

    Best export setup within Lightroom

Hi All I'm new to lightroom and struggling with the quality of the export engine. I understand exporting to JPEG will result in some quality loss, but i seem to be losing a lot of clarity in my images. I tend to shoot in RAW and exporting to JPEG using the highest quality level, but the...

My first attempt at night photography

I've not really tried taking photos at night and I thought with the cold clear evenings lets go and try. Thoughts/suggestions for improvements? What I have learnt is that I need a more solid tripod head, the current one has a slight play in it and caused quite a bit of focus issues and a...

    So it's cold and grey!

With the cold we're getting nice clear skies at night, works well for night time shots, and of course I thoroughly recommend dressing like an eskimo
