I dont use Reminders for this at all but the Health app with an alarm (with text) which in your case would be every Sunday. I can’t see the utility of setting a reminder for the day before unless to remind you to get supplies (too late!) better to set 2 “events” on a Sunday.

The leaves and hips look exactly like a rose. Though the thorns look more like “prickles” so maybe not Dog Rose. Rosa rugosa has that sort of thorn but that’s not R.rugosa. The hips are dead/decaying, their stems are shrivelled and blackened.
