Cape or Southern Grysbok [Raphicerus melanotis]

Wow, stunning shot! Perfect DOF, the features of the dear are nice and sharp but you've got some decent bokeh there too. What lens did you use for this?

Road Trip around Northern Irish Coast - Game of Thrones themed

Hey Maria, thanks for your feedback. I recently bought Aurora HDR Pro which I used to process the images, still getting the hang of editing HDR photos. Now I know to calm down with the shadow save and saturation! I can definitely see what you mean. I'll give them another edit in Photoshop and...

Road Trip around Northern Irish Coast - Game of Thrones themed

Thanks for your thoughts Bryn! Yeah looking at the wall shot again now I can see you're right, it does look over-saturated. Glad you like the bay shots! I wasn't sure how well they worked.

Road Trip around Northern Irish Coast - Game of Thrones themed

Hey guys. Yesterday I took a trip around the North Coast with a few friends, seeking out a few Game of Thrones filming destinations. We visited The Cushendun Caves, Murlough Bay and Ballintoy Harbour. I shot these pictures with my Sony A7ii, loaded with the Sony 21mm ultra-wide adaptor...

The Amazing Sony A1/A7/A9/APS-C & Anything else welcome Mega Thread!

Even at a foot away or so it usually remains black. I haven't updated the firmware ever, I bought it in September last year, perhaps I should update the firmware and see if that makes any difference!

Apart from my own body no, though my face would be far enough away from it that I'd expect the monitor to be on. It didn't used to be this bad though which I find odd, it seems to have gotten more sensitive :/

The Amazing Sony A1/A7/A9/APS-C & Anything else welcome Mega Thread!

Hi guys, I'm hoping you can help me solve a problem I've been having with my Sony A7ii regarding the monitor. I'm having issues with live view and the monitor showing a black screen when it shouldn't - I want to be able to use both the viewfinder and live view so in the settings (Cog Menu ->...

Eight week old Cocker Spaniel puppy

Last weekend I took some pictures of a friend's new puppy who brought home just days before the shoot. Meet Bubba! He's only 8 weeks old and insanely cute. Like most pups, his attention span doesn't last long so he was running about and barely stood still for a moment so capturing these shots...
