Lenses

Looking to get a new all-round zoom lens and looking for some advice. Currently use the R5 and have a 35,50,85mm Sigma art primes. I am 100% keeping the 50mm f1.4 art but I am torn between the rf 28-70mm f2.8 stm and the rf 24-105mm f4 IS. I mainly photograph on location for portrait fashion and do some studio photography from time to time and I know the 24-105 is f4 when I have been spoiled with the wide apertures of f1.4. If anyone can give me their advice or if they have had a similar situation. Just for context the 35,85 hardly ever come out with me these days.

What do you actually need?

If, as you say, you rarely use other than the 50 then you might be better off with the fastest lens.

I have / use the RF24-70 2.8 and love it, mainly use it for landscape general carry about. I sold all my primes and 'standard' glass and am down to three - RF100mm macro, RF24-70, RF100-300 with extenders.
