I think I can top that, by not troubling the scorers.
We have just worked out our yearly winnings and it was about 18% on just over £2k investedCan I ask. How much do you invest (Roughly) in Premium Bonds? To make it worthwhile and give yourself a reasonable chance of a return.
Do they know or have you informed them and doing a transfer of cash in, they may still pay out.my mum won £200 today...pity she died in march
Good going that. I’d take that on our full investment any day.We have just worked out our yearly winnings and it was about 18% on just over £2k invested

Took me 60 years for my first win, so your getting closerI have had PBs for over 50 years and total winnings is heehaw!
You need a big chunk invested to stand a reasonable chance of winning, even then you’d probably do better putting the money into a decent savings account. The only real advantages to PB are any winnings are tax free, plus there’s always the remote possibility you’ll win big.I have had PBs for over 50 years and total winnings is heehaw!
Decent win even if you have the max holdingAugust PB draw;
Me £175
Mrs C £350

Your correct, you need a very large amount in PB to keep winning as some seem to do, but you really should only invest large sums after all the other tax free options such as ISAs have been maxed out . A cash ISA with 50K (the pb max) is going to pay out near £200 a month without having to cross your fingers and hoping Ernie picks you, but there is that very slim chance you could win big.
