Show us yer film shots then!

Really like the framing of the sheep/marsh grass through the gate.

Thanks, and for that fleeting few second the illumination was incredible, five seconds later it was gone resulting in a drab field.

Withernsea.

Thank you, I was looking at the lighthouse this morning thinking I should know where it was as E.Yorks was mentioned on Flickr but could not quite place it.

Well it has been forty years since I have been there, I guess only the cars have changed.

APX 100 has been one of my favourite films for a while in 35mm, I always enjoy the contrast, but with Pyrocat as the developer WOW !

I didn't think it could better FX55 but it has, viewing the negative at the back from an oblique angle it looks etched. The tonal separation is incredible IMO.

More tree studies with same combination. I particularly looked for pareidolia (naturally formed).

Portrait of a moustached man with elongated head and hairy chest raises his arm in modest, contemplative victory.

Another lot of scans. Wasn't expecting them so soon!

Snapic and the last of the ancient Tri-X. Still love this daft little camera.

Another roll of Harman Switch. Thought I might be bored of it but it always seems to do something unexpected.

I must have known.
A few weeks ago, I decided to record a "shed" which had stood in a farmer's yard for donkey's years. Loved the colours and the flaking paint. Went by the yard today and the farmer was in the process of pulling it down and smashing it into small, manageable pieces. Glad I snapped it before it disappeared for good.View attachment 495086
Looks like it wouldn't have needed much effort to pull down and smash up. :ROFLMAO:

Just got back into developing at home, after a long break. Took this on Fistral Beach in Newquay, on my Olympus XA4, with FPP Love 200 ISO. Stand developed in R09 (which I won't be doing again, the negatives were pretty flat).

I just finished a roll of Portra 160 that I'd loaded in a 6x45 back for my Bronica SQ-B back in March but the skies were almost cloudless on the day so I only used3 frames then wrapped the back up and put it in the fridge for later. That later was this week which I will share in my Blog Post on Sunday but these are the 3 frames from March.

It’s German for heavens sake. RTFM and they are fine. Loving mine. Maiden voyage to the derelict Kirby Hall with HP5+, developed at home in Lab-Box, scanned with a7CR and 100 macro and converted in NLP in Lightroom. Thank you.

That is great, and encouraging me to get a move on with my film photography.
Can I ask, what is Lab Box ?

The Lab-Box has given me a totally new lease of life with my film developing after I lost all faith in trying to spool negatives on to paterson reels in a dark bag. It allows me to load, spool and agitate in the chemicals within a light light container in broad daylight. Works perfectly with 35mm and 120 modules. Bought mine used but in mint condition on eBay and have since added their recently launched motor so that there is no need to turn the spool crank by hand either. A joy to use and although I have nothing to do with the manufacturers, I cannot praise it enough. This is mine (without the motor):

and their website is https://www.lab-box.it I hope this is of some interest to others too.

Thank you for your comment.

Edit: To date I have only developed black and white negative films but they also launched a new "pro-lid" that includes temperature and stage timing readouts for developing C-41 colour negative. See the last couple of videos on the bottom of their webpage for a demonstration.

Thank you for your comment.
That looks fantastic, I have the patterson tank etc.
Haven't used it so far but on the verge, I am going to look into this method.
I am assuming that you just add the chemicals in the much the same manner to your machine as I would to the Patterson tank.
