£5000 To Spend - What's Your Shopping List?

A bit of fun, hypothetically speaking, you were given a space for a small studio and £5000, what would you spend it on to get you up and running?

Ignoring the camera, lenses computer and software, just studio equipment.

I could fill a small studio for a lot less than £5k

but if I ‘had’ to spend £5k I’d get Godox/Lencarta super fast heads, a couple of hand painted backgrounds and sneak in some portable kit.
