17 inch laptop ..... advice please

I am looking for the best 17 inch screen laptop I can get for about £700.
Will be using it for photo editing and a certain amount of storage as well as usual surfing and business use. Needs to be min 4GB RAM and as fast as the budget will allow.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated
